Refund Policy

Webinars & Live Events

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as your seat and resources have already been allocated.

  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital downloads after delivery, regardless of whether the product was accessed or used.

1-on-1 Sessions

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Once a 1-on-1 session has taken place, no refunds will be issued, even if the client is dissatisfied, as time and expertise have been provided.

Organizer Rights

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside the stated policy.

  • In rare cases where exceptions are made, they are at the sole discretion of the organizer and do not set precedent for future requests.

Event Changes
If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future session.
